The Gamma Mindset is a simple and quick ‘mindset technique’ that creates a unique brain wave signature that is very beneficial to our emotional, mental and physical health.

In this document, I highlight how this technique has been measured and the benefits to us when using it.

The Gamma Mindset has been measured and validated in 5 ways. The main 4 are highlighted below.

#1 PhD Research – a study from 14 years of data.

I measured the effects of using the Gamma Mindset Technique on hundreds of people over a 14 year period. This was the basis for my PhD dissertation: (Programming the Mind for Increased Self-Belief, Confidence and Performance).

The results:

“This study brought empirical evidence into the world of psychology that you can reprogram your mind to increase your self-belief, confidence and performance”.

(Performance was mostly work related.)

People who used this technique 14 years previous were still receiving the benefits of those changes in the present day.

This shows longevity and real positive lasting change.

#2 Well-Being – Likert Scale.

192 delegates used the Gamma Mindset Technique for 2 weeks at 6-10 mins per day.   

After the two weeks the delegates completed a 5 point Likert Scale.  

Results:

All 192 delegates reported that their well-being increased by doing the technique.

# 3 Improving Anxiety – Likert Scale.

32 delegates who self-reported feeling anxious regularly were given The Gamma Mindset Technique to do for just two weeks at 6-10 mins per day.

I measured the results using a 5 point Likert Scale.

After the two weeks all 32 delegates reported a reduction in anxiety from using the technique.

A Quick Overview of Brain Waves…

As we think, feel, take action and sleep, the electrical activity of the brain creates different frequency brain waves.

These brain waves relate to different states of consciousness.

We have 4 types of brain waves in a 24 hour day and night cycle, from beta to delta.

There is also a 5th type of brain wave called the gamma wave, but these are usually very weak and difficult to detect.

When you learn to produce gamma brain waves you create what’s called ‘neural synchrony’.

This fancy sounding scientific term simply means you activate more of your brains power as more of your brain cells ‘fire’ at the same time.

#4 Measuring Brain Waves

I measured the brain waves of 24 delegates whilst doing the Gamma Mindset Technique.

Each delegate showed an increase in Gamma, Theta and Alpha brain waves and a reduction in Beta waves in just 60-90 seconds!

This is a unique and peak brain state where your stress response is totally switched off creating a healing state in the physical body.

There is a rapid increase in the synchronisation of the brain hemispheres.

This brain wave signature is you in the flow state or zone as you may have heard it called.

Conclusions:

The Gamma Mindset Technique© has shown an increase in self-belief, confidence, performance, well-being and a reduction in anxiety from 6-10 mins use a day.

No other technique creates these results !
